  1. Take 100 grams mushroom
  2. Use 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  3. Prepare Bread Crumb
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp bread crumb

  6. Provide fresh herb (pasley, rosemary, thyme, ect.)
  7. Take 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  3. But you don't need to grow your own mushroom and herb! Just chop the herbs and garlic finely.
  4. Mix the bread crumb with chopped garlic and fresh herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Slice mushroom in bite size pieces and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Roast mushroom in pre-heated toaster over for 10 minutes (or 180°C/10 mins in oven)
  7. Springle bread crunb mixture over baked mushroom ,put back in the oven and bake for 5 minutes more until the bread crumb is golden brown.
  8. Serve with greens and enjoy~
