  1. Wash the chicken fillets & pat dry with a kitchen towel. - chop the chicken fillets into small cubes. marinate with 2 tsp soy sauce,pinch of salt & 2 tsp black pepper powder. - let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. - add grated ginger & chopped garlic. - cook for few seconds. add the chopped onion & cook for few minutes until translucent. - add the marinated chicken & cook for few minutes. - cook until chicken is tender.
  3. Add the chopped carrots,spring onions,capsicum. mix well. - finally add the remaining sauces, salt & pepper. - cook until water is evaporated & mixture is semi dry. - turn off the heat & let the mixture cool down.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and water. microwave for 1 minute. it should be sticky paste (This is for sealing the rolls). - remove the wrapper carefully from the packet. place it on a dry surface.
  5. Apply the sticky paste on all the edges. place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center. - roll up tightly. repeat the same process for remaining mixture & wrappers.
  6. Grease a baking tray & place the prepared rolls carefully in the greased tray. - brush little oil on the upper side of the rolls. - bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until light golden on top.
  7. Serve hot with sweet chilli dip
