Prepare 2 tsp lemon juice
Get 2 tsp mustard oil
Get 1 piece coil
Prepare 1 piece silver foil
Get 1 tsp ghee
Steps to make Tandoori momos:
Grate cauliflower carrots, squeeze them thoroughly with your hands and drain all the water. Then add finely chopped ginger garlic and green chilli salt black pepper vinegar and make momos stuffing.
Add salt to the flour and add a little water to make momos dough and keep it covered for 15 mints. Then make small balls and make them as big as puri. put 2 spoons of stuffing and give a shape of momos.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry all the momos.
Mix all the ingredients of the marination together in a big pot, heat mustard oil and mix it well, then wrap the fried momos in marination and keep them in the fridge for half an hour so that the momos are well marinated. Keep a piece of silver foil Put a burning piece of coal in it and put a spoonful of ghee on that coal and cover the momos with a plate, which will bring a smoke flavor in the momos.
Then apply the momos in a thin steel rod and keep a jali on the gas and bake the momos on medium flame until light black spots appear.
Now take out the prepared momos in a plate and mix the chopped onion chaat masala and lemon juice in it. Serve hot tandoori momos in a serving plate with onion flakes of lemon and green coriander chutney.
