Add sausage, celery, and bell pepper. Saute until sausage is browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add potatoes and garlic. Stir.
Add cheese sauce. Stir.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and sausage is cooked.
