Instructions to make Oil Free Baked Chicken in Masala Gravy:
Make gashes on the chicken pieces.
Add ginger-garlic paste.
Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and curd. Mix well.
Add salt to taste, garam masala powder. Mix again, cover and keep aside for 2 hours.
After 2 hours to bake the chicken pieces: place grill rack on a baking dish and put the marinated chicken pieces on it.
Put the baking dish in the microwave oven and bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes. In between after 15 minutes flip the chicken pieces.

For gravy : in a pan add chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger, cashew nuts, garlic cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamoms, cloves, poppy seeds, salt to taste and 1 cup water. Cover and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn off the flame and allow to cool completely.
After cooling the gravy mixture, remove the bay leaf and pour into a mixer pot.
Make a smooth paste and add it to a hot pan. Add 1/4 cup water.
Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, kashmiri red chilli powder, dry fenugreek leaves and mix.
Add milk, sugar, garam masala powder and mix again.
Add baked chicken pieces and cook on low-medium flame for 5 minutes.
Lastly add fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the flame and serve with steamed rice.
