  1. You need 2 cans cheese soup
  2. Prepare 1 pound broccoli
  3. Provide 2 chicken breasts
  4. Get 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  5. Get to taste garlic powder
  6. Provide 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions to make Broccoli Cheesy Chicken Bake:
  1. Wash broccoli and remove stalks
  2. Dice broccoli in food processor or chop very finely by hand
  3. Place broccoli in a bowl and stir in cheese soup. Add the garlic to taste and set aside. You do not need to add water as the potatoes will provide some.
  4. My chicken breasts had skins so I seared them in a frying pan with a bit of oil until the skin was golden.
  5. Preheat oven to 375° and grease cake pan lightly
  6. Place chicken breasts in cake pan and layer potatos aroubd the breasts. Take the cheesy brocolli mixture and layer evenly over the pan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 mins.
  8. Remove from oven and remove foil. Preheat to 450° and bake for another 10 mins.
  9. Always check to make sure the center is cooked before serving! Then you have a yummy one dish chicken cheesy bake.
