  1. Take 2 piece large thin sliced chicken breast
  2. Provide 1 packages mozzarella ball
  3. Get diced assorted bell peppers
  4. Take jalapeño peppers
  5. You need 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper
  6. Take 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  7. You need 1 tsp salt
  8. Provide 2 tbsp cream cheese
Instructions to make Jalapeño, cream cheese & mozzarella stuffed chicken:
  1. Wash, dry, and pound thin sliced chicken breast until as thin as possible, coat uncut side of chicken with lemon pepper and salt.
  2. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on cut side of chicken. (Or apply generously)
  3. Layer with mixed jalapeños and bell peppers.
  4. Add a strip of mozzarella cheese to one end of the chicken and roll it all togeather.
  5. Use cooking string or a toothpick to secure the roll together sprinkle with fresh squeezed lemon juice and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes depending on thinness.
