  1. Use 200 g minced pork or beef
  2. Get 150 g tofu
  3. Use 1 egg
  4. You need 1/2 cup frozen mix vegetables
  5. Get 1 pinch salt and pepper
  6. You need 1 tsp nutmeg
  7. Use 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  8. Get 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
  9. You need 1 Tbsp Worcester sauce
Steps to make Meat Loaf with Tofu and Veggies:
  1. Put olive oil into a frying pan and heat. Dice the onions and add to the pan to fry. When browned, add the mixed vegetables and keep frying. Then remove everything out to a tray to cool.
  2. Prepare a bowl and put in the minced pork or beef and egg. Mix together until the texture becomes sticky. Then add tofu and keep mixing.
  3. Add the cooked vegetables, nutmeg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and mix well.
