  2. heat milk for sauce
  3. pre heat oven to 160°c
  4. fry in a large pan… a wok is good here… for about 3 mins just to start everything cooking.
  5. whilst frying veg make up cheese sauce with boiling milk.
  6. add hot chile (chopped finely and de seeded) to cheese sauce with black pepper
  7. place partly cooked veg in an oven proof dish and cover with the sauce mix
  8. sprinkle over with the grated cheese
  9. bake in centre of oven for 20 to 25 mins
  10. serve with steamed brocolli and/or asparagus… as a side with a main meal… or just as a quick winter warmer
