  1. Boil & mashed potatoes in a bowl. - Add melted butter, salt & pepper to potatoes & mix all well. - Transfer to a baking dish.
  2. In a pan add minced garlic, cream, salt pepper, chilli flakes & mix. - Keep it on a medium flame & bring it to boil & cook for a minute.
  3. Let the cream mixture cool & add 1 egg yolk & mix. - Pour it over potatoes. - Spread grated cheese over the sauce & bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
