  1. Beat eggs. Put baking paper into rectangular oven tray. Add the eggs. Bake at 180 for about 15 mins
  2. Turn upside down onto wire rack. Peel off the baking paper and leave to cool
  3. Spread the Philadelphia all over. Add smoked salmon on top
  4. Roll it up
  5. Cut and serve with salad, tomatoes or whatever you fancy. Just as it is even :)
