  1. For the Baked Plantain - - Peel the plantain, use a knife and give the plantain a deep cut on both sides, get a clean bowl, put salt, garlic powder, and some melted butter, mix all together and get a cooking brush and use it to rub the mixture all over the plantain. Bake for 45-60mins on low heat.
