The ingredients needed to cook My Homemade Chili:
  1. Use and 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  2. Use Sirloin Steaks chopped into chunks (fat removed)
  3. Use cans Hunt's seasoned diced tomatoes in sauce
  4. Use cans Rotel fire roasted tomatoes drained
  5. Use Hunt's tomato sauce
  6. You need cans Bush's Chili Beans rinsed
  7. You need Olive oil
  8. Take large yellow onion chopped
  9. Use green bell pepper chopped
  10. Prepare red bell pepper chopped
  11. Provide large jalapeno pepper chopped
  12. Use garlic chopped
  13. Get chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  14. Prepare beef bouillon cubes
  15. Use bay leaves
  16. Take Tblsp garlic salt plus extra
  17. You need black pepper plus extra
  18. Provide Tblsp chile powder
  19. Take Tblsp ground cumin
  20. You need Tblsp oregano
  21. Take Juice of half a lime
  22. Get dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  23. Take squirt of ketchup
  24. Get squirt of Hershey's chocolate syrup
  25. Provide chili pot
Instructions to make My Homemade Chili:
  1. Saute the onion, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper and garlic with some olive oil in a small pan just until they sweat then dump into a bowl and set aside
  2. Start browning the sirloin steak chunks and the ground beef in the chili pot, add some garlic salt and pepper and cook until you think it is good and browned
  3. Drain the grease from the meat and return to the pot then add the sweated peppers, onions and garlic with the meat mixture and stir well
  4. Start adding your canned tomatoes and sauce and give it a stir
  5. Next add the chipotle, beef bouillon, bay leaves, garlic salt, black pepper, chile powder, cumin, oregano, lime juice and give it a big stir to combine and bring it all to a boil then to a low simmer for 30 minutes stirring once in a while
  6. Then add your 2 cans of chili beans and the Worcestershire, ketchup and chocolate syrup then stir well to combine and cook for an additional 30 minutes giving a stir once in a while
