  1. preheat oven to 425°
  2. brown ground beef in skillet, drain
  3. add taco seasoning and water, simmer till thickened
  4. meanwhile, unroll crescents and flatten, use half for bottom
  5. place crescent half on bottom of casserole dish
  6. pour beef mixture into dish and spread evenly
  7. chop velveeta into cubes and spread across beef as evenly as possible
  8. pour taco sauce evenly over beef and cheese
  9. top with remaining crescent, (important, if using sheet, cut slits to vent)
  10. bake for 14-20 minutes until golden brown
