Instructions to make Beef tikka biryani:
  1. Marination In a bowl add yougert then add tandoori masala and yellow food colour mix and add it in the beef and let it marinate for half hour
  2. Then in a pan pour oil and then add chopped onions and let them golden brown then take them out of the pan
  3. Then in the same oil add g.g paste broil it well then add 3 green chillies in it and then after few minutes add marinated beef in it and broil it well
  4. Then chopped slices of tomatoes and chopped green chillies paste and mix then
  5. Then when beef half tenderize add bhuna masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder Shan Bombay biryani masala salt and garam masala.. Broil it well then add potatoes and water almost 3 glass and cover until it was completely done
  6. Then for rice pour water in a pan then add salt cumin, teez past and other sabut garam masalas and then add soaked rice and let them boil when done then soak water and put aside
  7. Then for layering put layer of rice in a pan then add gravy over it then add slices of tomatoes, green chillies, corriender and mint then allu bukharai and then place another layer of rice
  8. Now add fried onions and corriender and mint over it and and pour the left over oil of the gravy on it
  9. Then cover the cap of pan with news paper and place heavy object over it and put for dum for 10 minutes then serve…
