  1. Take 2 tbsp oil
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  3. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  4. In the kadai, heat butter
  5. Keeping the flame on low and add cumin seeds,turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.

  7. Further, add tomato puree and saute well.
  8. Also, add 2 tbsp cashew and melon seeds paste and saute on medium flame.
  9. Cook until the mixture thickens and oil separates.
  10. Furthermore, add water and salt. mix well, adjusting consistency as required.
  11. In sauted onion, capsicum, and tomato.
  12. Also, add paneer cubes and mix gently without breaking paneer.
  13. Add in gravy
  14. Cream, cumin powder and mix gently.
  15. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the flavours are absorbed well.
