Prepare 500 gm chicken on bone, curry cut, washed,

Get 7-8 garlic grated,
Prepare 1 inch ginger grated,
Use 1 tbsp green chili paste,

Take Curry masala –
Provide 1 tsp dhania seeds,
Use 4 small Elaichi,
Prepare 1 tsp black pepper corns,
Prepare pinch of Jeera,
Prepare 3-4 cloves
Get 4-5 dry red chilli,
Prepare 1 very small pc of javitri,
Take 4 tbsp mustard oil,
Use as required whole garam masala -
Get 1 tejpatta,
You need 1 Bari Elaichi,
Provide 1 pc dalchini,
Get 3 med sized onion chopped finely,
Take 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
Get 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder,
You need 1 tsp dhania powder,
Get 4 tbsp fresh tomato puree,
Use to taste, salt
Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
Use 2 tbsp desi ghee,
Instructions to make Dhaba Chicken:
Take a mixing bowl, add chicken, garlic, ginger, green chili paste & salt, mix it well, keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Now take a pan, add all the given ingredients of curry masala, dry roast for 5-7 min. Take out in a dish, let it cool down.
Take a mixer jar, add roasted masala, grind it to a powder, keep aside.
Take a heavy bottom wok, add oil, heat it.
Add whole garam masala, saute it for a sec.
Now add onion, stir fry it until light brown.
Add merinated chicken, stir fry it for a while.
Now add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, also add salt, sprinkle some water, stir fry it till oil has oozed out.
Add tomato puree now, stir it nicely, cook it covered at low flame till oil separates.
.Add 1 tsp curry masala, mix it well.
Add ghee & garam masala powder (optional), give a stir.
Increase the flame, add water accordingly so as to keep a saucy consistency. Give a boil.
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till done. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
Have it with Tandoori Roti or Lachcha Paratha.
