Provide 1 cup Dates soft and very sweet, chopped

Provide 1/2 tsp coriander powder

Wash the Quinoa and add it to the boiling water with some salt. This will take approx. 8 minutes to cook. Ones the water is absorbed, switch off the flame.

Allow it boil and thicken to your required consistency. Store the sweet and sour Dates chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This can be used for Chapathi or Paratha or chat.
