  2. You need 250 gm jaggery

  4. Provide 100 gm red chilli (dry)
  5. Provide 1 cup salt

  7. Take 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  10. Prepare 4-5 garlic pods
Instructions to make Tamarind sauce:
  1. Firstly soak tamarind, jaggery in water for an hour.
  2. In a pan dry roast fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and red chilli.
  3. Now all roast ingredients grind in mixer.
  4. In a pan add oil and roast curry leaves, mustard seed and garlic pods.
  5. Now add tamarind, Jaggery mixture and add all dry ingredients.
  6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
  7. Now our sauce turns in jam form switch off the flame.
  8. Let it cool.
  9. Fill in glass jar and keep it freeze.
  10. You can store that tamarind sauce for 1 year in freeze.
