Prepare For Marination–
Take 500 gms Deveined Prawns
You need 1 tbsp Beaten curd
Provide 1 tsp lemon Juice
Provide 1 tsp salt
You need 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
You need 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
Prepare For Biryani Masala–
Take 300 gms sliced onions
Provide 200 gms chopped tomatoes
You need 2.5 cups long grain basmati rice
Take 4 cups hot water
Prepare 1 cup chopped mint and cilantro leaves
Get 3 slited green chillies
Take 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Take 1 star anise
You need 1 inch cinnamon
Use 4 Cardamoms
Prepare 2 bay leaves
Provide as per taste Salt
Take 3 tbsp Ghee

Use 5-6 cleaned fish (I used red snapper)

Provide 2 tsp lemon juice
Use 1/4 tsp garam masala
You need 1/2 tsp coriander powder

Prepare as per taste Salt

Take For Spleen fry–
You need 2 medium sized spleen
Take 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Provide 2 strands curry leaves
Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Use 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
Use 1 tsp pepper powder
Provide as per taste Salt

Steps to make Prawns Biryani Thali:
Soak the rice for about 30mins. Take a pan and add ghee, add cinnamon, bay leaf, Cardamom, star anise and fry till you get aroma. Then add slited green chillies and slited onions. Wait untill onion caramelised.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute untill raw smell is no more. Then add tomatoes and all the dry masala mentioned including salt and close the lid. Cook untill tomatoes are mushy, then add the marinated prawns, mint and cilantro leaves.
After adding prawns cook till prawn turns white and immediately add hot water. Once water is boiled add the rice and cook it open for 10mins untill you see rice is coming up. Then close the lid and cook on low flame for about 20mins. Yummy prawns biriyani ready.
For fish fry, Mix all the ingredients together and make as paste. Apply the masala to the fish and marinate for 20-30mins minimum. Then shallow fry it on both sides on tawa.
For spleen fry,boil the spleen in water for 15mins. After boiling check if it's cooked and remove the outer skin. Cut the spleen into cubes.
In a pan add oil, add garlic and saute. Add curry leaves and all dry masala and add the spleen. Cook for 5mins and serve hot.
