  1. Take 300 gm Paneer cubed
  2. Use 1 potatoes cubed
  3. Use 1 tomato chopped

Instructions to make Potato and Paneer Curry:
  1. Heat some oil in a wok and shallow fry the paneer cubes.
  2. In another container, heat the milk with some salt and sugar and immerse the paneer in it. This will make them soft.
  3. In the same oil of the wok, temper the whole garam masalas.
  4. Add the chopped potatoes, turmeric powder and some salt. Note that u should add little amount of salt in this step.
  5. Saute it for sometime, till the raw aroma of the potatoes dissapear.
  6. Add the onion paste. Saute it very well.
  7. Add the ginger garlic paste and again saute it well till the oil separates.
  8. Add the chopped tomatoes and again saute it for sometime, till the tomatoes become soft.
  9. Add the red chilli powder. Mix them well.
  10. Take out the paneer from the milk and add in the wok. Mix it well with the masala.
  11. Add the milk, mix them well.
  12. Bring it to boil. You may add some water if required for the gravy.
  13. Check the salt. You may add more if required. Be careful because the milk already has some salt and sugar in it.
  14. Keep it covered for 5min.
  15. Check whether the potatoes has become soft. If yes add some sugar if required.
  16. Add garam masala, ghee and coriander leaves. Mix them well.
  17. Remove it from the flame and serve hot.
