  2. Prepare 1 big onion

  6. Take 1 tp salt
  7. Provide 1 tp curry powder
  8. Use 2 cubes royco beef
  9. You need 2 tbs Dark soy sauce
  10. Provide 1 tp tomato paste
  11. Use Some oil for cooking
  12. You need Some water for the stew
Steps to make Stewed Beans:
  1. Cut the tomatoes, onions and green pepper into cubes, add oil into the cooking pan cook onion and garlic till slightly gold then add tomatoes and green pepper
  2. Add the other spices into the mixture including tomato paste
  3. Add the pre cooked beans into the cooking pan plus soy sauce and water, water level to cover the beans slightly, cover and let it cook in a low heat until the stew is lightly thick and voila!
