You need 1 cup Soyabadi
Take 1 Capsicum medium sized
Take 1 Onion medium sized
You need 2 tbsp Curd
Prepare 1/4 tsp Haldi (Turmeric)powder
Take 1 tsp Ginger & garlic paste
You need 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Take 1/2 tsp Salt
Prepare For gravy

Provide 2 Tomato medium sized
Take 8 buds Garlic
Prepare 1 inch Ginger

Use 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Use 1 Bay leaf

Take bowl and add soya chunks. Add 2 Glass warm water. Rest 15 min. Cut to big pieces capsicum & 1 medium sized onions
Cut all veggies
After 15 min squeeze out all the water and add capsicum & Onion
Now add ginger garlic paste,chilli,haldi,salt and curd
And mix well and rest 10 min
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger & garlic fry 1 min. Add onion and salt fry 2 min. Now add tomato & mix well
Now add peanut and mix well and cover & cook 5 to 7 min on low flame.
After 5 min remove to bowl and cool completely & grind. Take bowl and add all dry masale
. Now add ¼ cup water and mix well
Heat a bowl and add 1 tbsp oil and add merinated veggies and fry 3 to 4 min on medium to low flame
Heat a same pan and add some spices and jeera
Add dry masala paste and make x well and add 4 tbsp watre and fry 1 min on low flame
Add paste and mix well. Now add ½ cup water and cover & cook 7 to 8 min on low flame
After 7 min add kasuri meethi and add veggies
Now add ½ cup water and cover and cook 4 to 5 min on low flame
Add coriander and serve
