The ingredients needed to make Breakfast platter:
Get Masala dosa
Take 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
Get 1/2 cup onions
Get 1/2 cup tomatoes
Provide 1 chopped green chillies
Provide 1 tsp chopped garlic
Prepare 1 tsp chilli powder
You need 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Get 1 tsp coriander powder
Provide 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Provide 1/2 tsp garam masala
Get Salt as required
Prepare Oil as required
Get Dosa batter
Use Rava Masala Dosa
Use 1/2 cup semolina
Provide 1.5 tbsp flour
Provide 1.5 tbsp rice flour
Provide 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Use 1/8 tsp Asafoetida
Prepare 2 strands Curry leaves
Use 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
Prepare 1 tsp Chopped green chillies
Provide 1/2 cup Chopped onions
Prepare Ghee as required
Take Potato masala as required
You need Coconut chutney
Take 1 cup coconut
Prepare 1/4 roasted Bengal gram
You need 1 green chilli
Prepare 1 garlic
Get Half inch Ginger
Provide Salt as required
Use Chilli tomato chutney
Provide 1 cup tomatoes
You need 4-5 red chilli
You need 2 tsp tamarind paste
Provide 3 garlic cloves
Use Salt as required
Prepare 2 tsp oil
Provide Tempering
Take 1 tsp oil
Provide 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Take 1/2 tsp urad dal
Take Pinch asafoetida
Prepare 1 strands for curry leaves
You need Black coffee
Get 1 tbsp finely ground coffee powder
Use 2 cup water
You need Pongal and poori recipe already shared
Steps to make Breakfast platter:
For potato masala, take a khadai and add required oil. Once oil is hot add chopped garlic, onions wait until onions are translucent.
Then add tomato salt once tomatoes are mushy, add turmeric powder green chilli red chilli powder garam masala and cook until raw smell is no more then add required amount of water as per your consistency and adjust. Finally add the chopped cilantro and serve warm with dosa.
For masala dosa stick tawa and pour scoop full of dosa batter and toast brown on both sides with ghee. Potato masala in between and roll it.
For rava masala dosa add all the ingredients given above in a bowl and mix well with the required amount of water and rest for about 30 minutes then make ek dosa on the way make sure both side are completely brown then add potato masala and roll the dosa.
For White chutney, add all the ingredients to blender and add required amount of water. Grind it to smooth paste.
For chilli tomato chutney in a pan add oil and garlic tomatoes red chilli tamarind pulp and salt try until tomatoes and cool down completely and grinder to fine paste.
Take a vessel and heat 2 cups of water, upto boiling point. Add the coffee powder and close the lid. Let the coffee rest for 5 to 10 mins. Strain the coffee with filter and have it with mild honey or sugar as per your preference.
