Get 1 cup sour curd
Provide 2 tablespoon besan
Use 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Take 1 tbsp green chilli paste
Use 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Get 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Get 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
Use To taste Salt
Get As needed Oil
You need 3 Curry leaves
Prepare 1 tsp Coriander leaves
Provide For white pulav:
Provide 2 cups Cooked Basmati Rice
You need 3 tbsp Oil
Provide 1 1/2 tsp Jeera
Provide Pinch Hing

Take 1 medium size carrot sliced

Steps to make Gujarati dish:
Steps for puri: - Knead a soft dough and rest for a while. - - Now divide into small balls and roll into round shape & heat the oil & fry the puri well.
Steps for bhindi: - Take a pan and heat the oil at low flame for few minutes. Now add mustard seed after few seconds add chopped bhindi and green chilli in the pan. - - After 5-10 minutes add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric and cumin coriander powder in mixed vegetables. - - Mix it and Fry it for 5-6 minutes. - - Your bhindi is ready.
Steps for kadhi: - Take one bowl add sour curd, besan, ginger garlic chilli paste and salt churn with hand blender pour 1 glass water or more for required consistency. - - Keep one kadhai on flame add oil mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves let all fried for a few minutes add asafoetida mix and immediately pour curd mixture into the tadka. - - Boil kadhi for 8-10 minutes stirred continuously. Add chopped coriander leaves. Now kadhi is ready to serve. Serve with pulav.
Steps for white pulav: - Heat up the oil in kadhai on medium flame. Add jeera and hing. then add onions and cook till it turns translucent. Now add carrots and capsicum, cook for a minute. - - Add green chillies and green peas. Mix well, add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Now add boiled potatoes and cooked basmati rice. Mix all well and cook for a minute. Turn off the flame. - - Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
