  1. Wash gobindovog rice and soak in water.
  2. Keep aside for about 1 hour.
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder with shrimps and saute till brown.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add bay leaf, clove, cardamom, cinnamon for seasoning.
  6. Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  7. Add ginger-garlic paste.
  8. Add the rest of the ingredients and 2 cups coconut milk till the oil separates.
  9. Add gobindovog rice, pointed gourd, shrimp and cook for sometime.
  10. After the rice is ready, add 1 cup coconut milk and ghee.
  11. Serve with steamed rice.
