  3. Blend onion, tomatoes, yoghurt, green chilli in blender to make paste.
  4. In pan add oil on medium flame add ginger garlic paste and cumin seeds, mustard seeds when it cracks add prepared masala paste & bhoonify it for 5 minutes..
  5. Add all spices & cook it till pil separates..
  6. Add potatoes in prepared masala & add 1 cup water & cook till potatoes become tender..
  7. Fry peeled eggs in 1 tsp oil & put them in gravy..bow again cook for 5min on slow flame..
  8. Garnish it with coriander leaves..enjoy with Nan rootii
  9. Serve hot
