  1. Prepare big green vang (eggplants/baingan)
  2. Prepare green chilli
  3. Provide mustrad seeds
  4. You need chopped onion
  5. Take garlic paste
  6. Use chopped spring onions
  7. Use curry leaves
  8. You need turmeric powder
  9. Take kanda lasun masala/ goda masala

  1. Take a green eggplants, chilli and rost on the gas, once nicely rosted then peel out them skin and mash the eggplants and chilli with fork or knife
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and let them crackle
  3. Add curry leaves and onions mix well and fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it gets nice pink colour
  4. Add peanuts and saute for 2 minutes
  5. Add garlic paste, turmeric powder and kanda lasun masala mix well
  6. Add mashed eggplant,spring onions and mix well and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes
  7. Turn of the gas mix well and vangyach bharit is redy
  8. It serve with jowar, bajra, rice bhakri
