Ek cotton patale kapade ko paniwala kijiye uspe ek vada ka thoda better leke paniwale haath se set karein or middle me round banaye
Kadai me oil garam ho gaya ho to pani wala haath karke vade ko kapade se alag karke garam oil me deep fry karein golden brown hone tak
Aise ek ek karke sare vade deep fry karle
Tuvar daal or veg ko wash karke 1-1/2 glass water add karke saath me sambhar masala powder turmeric powder or salt add karke boil karein boil karne ke baad hand blender se sari daal sabji blend karde
