  7. Take 1.5 inch Ginger Paste
  8. Use 7-8 Garlic Cloves Paste

  10. Take 2 tsp Garam Masala (Freshly Ground or preferably Wet Paste)
  11. Provide 1 tsp Black Peppercorns (Freshly Cracked)
  12. You need 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  13. Use 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  14. Use 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  15. Prepare 2-3 Potatoes (Cut into halves)
  16. Get 1/2 litre Hot/Boiling Water๐Ÿ’ง(For the Gravy & Cooking)
Steps to make Fiery Red Chicken ๐Ÿ— Curry/Gravy:
  1. Soak the Red Chillies ๐ŸŒถ Ginger & Garlic ๐Ÿง„ into lukewarm water ๐Ÿ’ง for about 30 mins time & thereafter, blend it to a smooth paste, fry the potatoes ๐Ÿฅ” as well & set aside- Also, marinate the chicken ๐Ÿ— pieces with some salt, turmeric & red chilli ๐ŸŒถ powder, some mustard oil & set aside for at least- 2-3 hrs time
  2. In a frying pan ๐Ÿณ or wok: Add in the oil over a medium heat & add into it the wet ground masala & sautรฉ for about 5-6 mins time, stirring continuously & then add in the sliced onions ๐Ÿง… & salt ๐Ÿง‚ & a little sugar & keep sautรฉing, ensure that it doesnโ€™t burn at the bottom.
  3. Now, once itโ€™s all sautรฉd nicely & releases fine aroma- add in the marinated chicken ๐Ÿ— & continue sautรฉing until it releases the oil on its surface.
  4. Now, switch off the flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ & add in the whisked curd- ensuring it doesnโ€™t curdle hence weโ€™the put off the flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ once all mixed until well combined- switch on the flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ again & finish the rest of the cooking ๐Ÿฅ˜
  5. Add in the fried potatoes now, sautรฉ for about 4-5 mins time more & then add some hot water for the desired gravy & allow the chicken to get well cooked in the same too ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Put on the lid of thd pan, allowing it to cook for at least next 15-20 mins time- stirring occasionally in between, to ensure it doesnโ€™t catch the bottom of the pan… Once all done โœ… finally, add in the fresh garam masala paste & ghee- stir well, finally & put on its lid back & switch off the flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ
