Once all ingredients are mixed let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is a little creamy. You can add 1/2 cup of water or chicken broth if you want it more creamy.
  5. After your chicken mixture is done add it to your prepped baking dish. Once mixture is added use your remaining biscuits and add it to the top of your chicken mixture.
  6. Then place your potpie in the oven and let cook for about 30 minutes or until your biscuits are golden brown.
