  16. Prepare 1 tsp ginger,finely grated
  17. Get 4 tbsp lemon juice
  18. Get 2 tbsp soy sauce
  19. Get 3 tbsp fish sauce
  20. Provide 4 tsp vinegar
  21. Provide 3 tsp sugar
  22. You need to taste salt

  1. Mix together all the ingredientsof dressing in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix together all the marinade ingredients and marinade the chicken breasts for 30 minutes.
  3. Brush a grilling pan with a little oil and grill the chicken breasts on medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Remove and set aside for 5 minutes. Slice and keep aside.
  5. In a salad platter arrange all the salad ingredients.
  6. Plate the chicken breasts on it and drizzle with the dressing.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
