You need 3 tsp mint leaves

You need 2 tsp red chilli powder

Steps to make Seekh kabab Net chilla:
For making kabab: Take a pan add oil,then add green chilli,onion and ginger garlic paste.saute till row aroma comes. Then add gram flour and saute it for a min. Then add carrot, cabbage,spinach,green peas and saute again for a minute. Then add all the spices and saute it for a min. ThenTurn off the flame. Let the mixture cool down. After the mixture become cool grind it along with cashew and coriander.
Then in a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes and this grinded veggies mixture.
Then make kabab from this mixture and shallow fry them.
Making moong chilla:. Grind all the ingredients like moong,salt,ginger,green chilli,curry and coriander leaves.
Make chilla in a Chex or net design using tomato ketchup bottle. Toast it from both the sides.
Making green chutney: Grind all the ingredients of the chutney.Making fried garlic salsa: Mix all the ingredients.
