For gravy : heat oil in a deep pan. add bay leaves. once they change colour add ginger garlic paste, dry masalas (red chilli, coriander,turmeric, garam masala powder) & cook for few seconds. add water, onion paste & let the gravy simmer on meduim heat for few minutes. (add green chillies only if u want extra spicy)
Once the oil floats on top add the grilled seekh kababs & mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves & lil beat of grated cheese
